Terms of Service

Effective 25 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Koipath Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), which runs BASC. By creating an account or using BASC, you agree to them. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account per person.
• If you are under 20, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to use BASC.

What BASC does

BASC helps you explore study programs, apply with the help of our counselors, take our courses, and follow your applications. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions are made by universities and authorities, not by us, so we cannot guarantee any of them.

Payments

We show fees, and what they cover, before you pay. Refunds follow the refund terms we give you at that time. Payment slips you upload must be genuine.

Using BASC fairly

Do not:

• upload false or altered documents, or give false information;
• try to see other people’s data, or get around security or access limits;
• disrupt BASC, or use it to break the law.

What you give us, and what we provide

You are responsible for the information and documents you provide. You allow us to use them to give you our services, for example to submit an application to the universities you choose. Our course materials and the BASC website belong to us, and are for your own personal use.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time: see how to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Our responsibility

We work to keep BASC accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. As far as Thai law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions made by universities or authorities. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you about significant changes by email or in BASC.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand decide any disputes.
