Delete your data

Effective 25 September 2026

You can ask us to delete your BASC account, and the personal data that goes with it, at any time.

How to ask

Email privacy@koipath.com from the address you use for BASC, with the subject “Delete my BASC account”. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, write from that account’s email address. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, your profile, your connected Google or Facebook sign-in, and the documents you uploaded.

What we have to keep

Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and accounting records, and security logs. We keep them only for those purposes, and only for as long as required.

Disconnecting Facebook or Google

You can also remove BASC from your Facebook or Google account. This stops them sharing information with us, but does not delete what we already hold, so email us as well.

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove BASC.
• Google: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, then remove BASC.
